  Like many of the reviews, as an improved repairer with Insurance Company you would expect a high standard of care after being involved in an accident. Started ok with booking car in, then down hill fast with service and quality.
  
  * I had to chase for updates as their communication systems were down (apparently)
  * when I picked the car up, insert on bumper was hanging off
  * windows did not work as battery was disconnected (not checked)
  * lights did not fit flush with bumper
  * car left dirty inside, seat belt jammed in back seat
  
  4 visits later and giving the garage enough chances to rectify their poor quality but no such luck.
  
  Damage caused to paintwork on both side panels, rear spoiler, back boot panel which were not damaged in accident. Flaking paint due to poor respray, unpainted panel inside on boot and again car not cleaned inside from dust of garage.
  
  3 attempts to align lights with bumper, resulting in damage to lights. New lights ordered but not genuine parts as instructed by insurance company. Finally replaced, but comment saying 'this is the best we can do' is not good enough.
  
  My car has now been taken to another garage to have damage repaired costing over £1000. I've asked for management of IRG to contact me on 8 occasions but it seems they do not want to speak to me. I've had a verbal apology of Customer Manager and was even informed of other failings of IRG but that's not good enough.
